I'm Eddy.

Over 20 years ago, I lost over 125 pounds — and more importantly, I learned why most men eventually gain the weight back.

It wasn't because they lacked discipline. It was because they were given systems that relied on motivation, restriction, and short-term intensity — not identity, structure, and sustainability.

Since then, I've spent decades studying nutrition, physiology, and behavior change, working with men who are successful in every area of life except their health.

Men don't need another diet.

They need a way of living that survives real life.

That's why I built The BetterMan Blueprint — a grounded, identity- first framework that helps men lose their first 20+ pounds without extreme dieting or living in the gym. This isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about operating differently. And once that foundation is in place, the results tend to take care of themselves.
